What is Jarmabox and how does it work?
Jarmabox is predominantly a quarterly pyjama & beauty subscription box which includes a seasonal pyjama set alongside 8-10 luxury beauty treats sourced exclusively from your favourite brands.
We aim to include a variety of products in every box across skincare, haircare, body and home fragrance.
We take pride in partnering with premium brands to ensure that you receive only the finest products in every box. Brands previously featured in Jarmabox include Rituals, Neom, Rodial, Murad, Eve Lom and more.
Every seasonal box is guaranteed to have a minimum value of £175.
If I sign up, when will I be billed?
When you sign up for our quarterly subscription, you'll be billed for your first box immediately. Moving forward, you'll be billed every quarter unless you have paused, skipped or cancelled your subscription. Please see our quarterly billing dates below. For example, if you join within the last five days of a current quarter, you'll be billed immediately for your first box then again 5 days later for your next box.
Quarterly Billing Dates:
- Summer Box: Billed on June 1st
- Autumn Box: Billed on September 1st
- Winter Box: Billed on December 1st
- Spring Box: Billed on March 1st
You can cancel you subscription with ease at anytime, just log into your account or contact us at support@jarmabox.co.uk
When will I receive my box(es)?
Below you'll find our delivery schedule for each season;
Spring box:
Billed March 1st, dispatched by March 25th
Summer box:
Billed June 1st, dispatched by June 25th
Autumn box:
Billed Sept 1st, dispatched by Sept 25th
Winter box:
Billed Dec 1st, dispatched by Dec 15th (to ensure you have your seasonal treats in time for Christmas!)
How do I know which pyjama size to choose?
Our pyjamas are made to be stretchy and slightly oversized for maximum comfort, so we’d suggest you select your normal UK size. We currently offer UK size 6 - 30. To ensure the best fit possible please refer to our size guide below.
We offer a 14 day exchange policy, so if the size you receive isn't quite right please get in touch with us at support@jarmabox.co.uk
Can I preview the pyjamas before I'm billed in case they're not my style?
Absolutely! We always reveal the pyjama set at least 2-3 days before the upcoming billing date. We share the pyjama sneak peek via email, our website and socials. We know everyone has different tastes when it comes to PJs, so if they aren't for you then you can simply log into your account and skip that seasons box.
There's also an option to view the full box before the billing date if you wish!
I'm outside of the UK, can I still subscribe?
Of course! However, it's necessary that you understand that a delivery charge will be applied at checkout. Charges vary based on your country of destination. If your country is not listed, please get in touch through support@jarmabox.co.uk and we can help!
Please be advised that your delivery fee only covers the delivery for the order and Jarmabox does not cover any additional taxes or importing duties upon arrival. Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay for these fees before or during delivery.
I've moved house, how can I change my address?
To change your address please log in through this link and follow these steps:
- Click 'Manage' under 'My Subscriptions'
- Click 'Edit' under 'Shipping details'
- Under the 'Delivery address' tab, click 'Add address'
- Fill in the new address details and click 'Save address and continue'
- Make sure the new address is the primary address
DISCLAIMER: If your order has already been paid for, but not shipped, and you wish to redirect your shipment, you may need to get in touch with us to confirm we have your new address. Failing to do so may result in your order being dispatched to your original, previous address and therefore Jarmabox will not be able to incur any liabilities that are involved in re-dispatching a parcel. It is solely the buyers responsibility to ensure that the address is up to date at all times.
Am I tied in or can I cancel my subscription at any time?
You'll never be tied in here at Jarmabox, so yes, you can cancel any time and with ease!

What is your refund/returns policy?
Here at Jarmabox we like to be as flexible as possible! We're always happy to accept returns as long as the item(s) are returned to us in their original, re-sellable condition.
Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for covering the cost of a return unless you have received products which are incorrect or damaged.
If you'd like to start a return please email us at support@jarmabox.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for returning.
Why does my subscription come up as £0.00?
The reason you will see "£0.00" under your active subscription is due to the way our product is set up within our back end. When choosing "Full Box" or "Pyjama Only" we will add £70 or £35 to the price of your plan, therefore the base cost needs to be £0.00 to reflect the correct billing of +£70 or +£35 depending on your selection.
