What is Jarmabox?

Jarmabox is predominantly a luxury pyjama & beauty box which includes a comfortable pyjama set alongside 5 beauty/selfcare treats sourced exclusively from your favourite brands.

We aim to include a variety of products in every edit across skincare, haircare, body and home fragrance.

We take pride in partnering with premium brands to ensure that you receive only the finest products in every box. Brands previously featured in Jarmabox include Rituals, Neom, Rodial, Murad, Eve Lom and more.

I used to be subscriber, what’s changed?

We’ve evolved. Jarmabox is now a luxury one-off edit. No recurring payments, no admin, no forgotten renewals. Just intentional, luxury releases.

Why can't I subscribe anymore?

Jarmabox is no longer a subscription, instead, we release limited time editions of our pyjama and beauty drops, meaning you have to be quick or you may miss out.

How often do you release edits & will I be notified?

We will aim to release at least one edit per season. Each is designed, produced, and packaged with luxury in mind. Once it’s gone, it’s gone.

If you are subscribed to our email list, you’ll continue to receive early access and launch alerts (unless you opt out).

Ordering & Availability

How do I know which pyjama size to choose?

Our sizing is transitioning from intentionally oversized to a more tailored, borderline slim fit. If you prefer a looser, lounge-style feel, we recommend sizing up. For a more flattering, true-to-size silhouette, stick with your regular size.

Do I need to subscribe or create an account?

No subscription. No sign-up. Just shop the edits when they drop. We’ll notify subscribers via email and social when it’s live.

Can I pre-order or reserve an edit?

Edits are released in limited quantities. We may not offer pre-orders, but early access will always be available to email subscribers.

What if the edit sells out?

Once an edit is sold out, it won’t be restocked.

I live outside the UK or North America. Can I still order?

Yes, while we currently ship only to the UK and North America, many international customers use third-party forwarding services like Forward2Me. You can have your order sent to their UK or US address, and they’ll forward it to you. Any shipping fees, customs duties, or service agreements are handled directly between you and the forwarding provider.

Payments & Refunds

What is your refund/returns policy?

Here at Jarmabox we like to be as flexible as possible! We're always happy to accept returns as long as the item(s) are returned to us in their original, re-sellable condition.

Please note that you, as the buyer, are responsible for covering the cost of a return unless you have received products which are incorrect or damaged.

If you'd like to start a return please email us at support@jarmabox.co.uk with your name, order number and reason for returning.

Your statutory rights are protected under UK law and are not affected by our store policies or terms. This means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for what ever reason (even if the item isn't faulty).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and secure checkout options including pay by bank.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because edits are limited and processed quickly, cancellations or changes may not be possible once your order is confirmed and dispatched. It's best to contact us immediately if a change is needed.

We will do everything we can to help you.

What if I forget to order?

We recommend joining our email list or following us on Instagram to stay updated. Once the edits are gone, they're gone.

Shipping & Returns

When will I receive my box(es)?

Orders placed will be shipped within 48 hours, using a 1-2 day delivery service unless otherwise stated, such as a pre-order.

I'm outside of the UK, can I still order?

Currently the only supported destinations outside of the UK are the United States of America and Canada (North America) this is due to recent laws and regulations making it difficult to ship self-care/beauty products.

Please be advised that your delivery fee only covers the delivery for the order and Jarmabox does not cover any additional taxes or importing duties upon arrival. Depending on your country, you may be asked to pay for these fees before or during delivery.

Can I return my order?

Your statutory rights are protected under UK law and are not affected by our store policies or terms. This means that you have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving your order, for what ever reason (even if the item isn't faulty).
